These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Journeywise iOS application and this website (together, "the Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions
Journeywise offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock Premium features:
- Weekly — $9.99 USD per week.
- Yearly — $49.99 USD per year.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Journeywise and protected by applicable laws. The content you create within the App belongs to you.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Journeywise is a planning tool and is not a substitute for professional travel, financial, medical, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journeywise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Apple
These Terms are between you and Journeywise only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support of the App is provided by Journeywise, not Apple.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
